摘　　要：新时代体教融合以及体育体制机制改革不断深入,而我国传统优势运动项目作为奥运争光战略的重要支撑,在加快体育强国建设进程中,人才培养方面存在后备人才趋于萎缩、学训矛盾很难缓解、体教融合难以实施等问题。人才培养改革又面临体制运行惯性、既得利益集团固化、发展思路局限凸显、协会改革进度迟缓、社会化动力不足、市场化的开发难度等阻力。在设立优势项目多元目标导向、落实项目多元价值开发理念和坚持社会化与市场化发展思路的基础上,应深化体教融合改革,优化多级体校培养路径,积极培育与创新学校化路径和社会化路径,由此打造新时代我国优势项目人才培养的新局面。In the process of accelerating the construction of a sports power,China’s traditional dominant sports,which are important pillars of the Olympic Gold Medal Winning Program,estrange themselves from today’s integration of sports and education and the further reform of the sports system and mechanism.Sports talents cultivation is faced with the shrinking reserves,an irreconcilable conflict between learning and training,unenforceable integration of sports and education.Further more,the reform of the talents cultivation is also subject to institutional inertia,vested interests solidification,development ideas slow progress of sports association reformation,weak socialization foundation,increasing difficulties in marketization and so on.Based on the setting multiple-goal orientation of traditional dominant sports,implementing diversified value development,and adhering to the development concepts of socialization and marketization,the reform of integration of sports and education should be deepened,the multi-level sports school training paths be optimized,and the approaches of schoolization and socialization be actively cultivated and innovated to create a new situation for the talents cultivation of our country’s dominant sports in the new era.
