摘 要:骨关节炎是一种好发于老年人的慢性退行性关节疾病,也是最常见的骨代谢疾病之一,其中所涉及的代谢异常细胞主要包括软骨细胞。线粒体功能障碍作为软骨细胞代谢异常的重要诱因,参与了骨关节炎的发生和发展。线粒体自噬作为对受损或者功能失调线粒体的一种选择性自噬,对维持线粒体的质量控制和内稳态起重要作用。越来越多的证据表明,线粒体自噬在骨关节炎的防治中起着重要的调控作用。因此,本文对线粒体自噬在骨关节炎中的作用进行综述,并进一步阐述了线粒体自噬缓解或者加重骨关节炎所涉及的潜在机制,为以线粒体自噬为靶点治疗骨关节炎的相关研究提供理论依据。Osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative joint disease that occurs mostly in the elderly and is one of the most common bone metabolic diseases,in which cells involved in the metabolic abnormalities mainly include chondrocytes.As an important cause of the abnormal metabolism of chondrocytes,mitochondrial dysfunction is closely associated with the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.Mitophagy,the selective mitochondrial autophagy for damaged or dysfunctional mitochondria,plays an important role in the maintenance of mitochondrial quality control and mitochondria homeostasis.Accumulating evidence suggests that mitophagy plays a vital regulatory role in osteoarthritis,indicating that regulating the level of mitophagy may be a new strategy for its prevention and treatment.Therefore,we review the potential mechanism underlying the involvement of mitophagy in osteoarthritis,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for research related to mitophagy as a target for osteoarthritis treatment.
