摘 要:为去除线电极电火花磨削加工微细轴表面的重铸层并提高表面质量,采用液体磁性磨具方法抛光微细轴,设计了液体磁性磨具抛光装置并集成至现有线电极电火花磨削机床,实现了对微细轴的在线抛光。采用液体磁性磨具对线电极电火花磨削后的钨材质微细轴进行抛光试验,并以黄铜材质微细轴作为对比,分析了液体磁性磨具抛光对单位材料去除量、末端摆动以及微细轴表面质量的影响。研究结果表明,微细表面材料可被均匀去除,钨微细轴形状刚度较好时抛光后的末端摆动几乎和抛光前一致,线粗糙度可从Ra0.1μm降到Ra0.05μm以下,并能有效去除表面的重铸层。To remove the recast layer on the surface of the micro-shaft machined by wire electrical discharge grinding(WEDG)and improve surface quality,the fluid magnetic abrasives(FMA)were used to polish micro-shafts.A fluid magnetic abrasive device was designed and integrated into the existing wire electrical discharge grinding machine tool to realize online polishing.A polishing experiment that the tungsten micro-shafts after WEDG are polished by fluid magnetic abrasives was carried out and the effect on material removal,end deformation and surface quality of micro-shaft was analyzed by comparing with brass micro-shafts.The experimental results show that the surface material of the micro-shaft can be uniformly removed.When the shape of the tungsten micro-shaft has a high stiffness,the end deformation after polishing is almost the same as that before polishing.The line roughness can be reduced from Ra0.1μm to below Ra0.05μm.Meanwhile,the recast layer on the micro-shaft surface can be effectively removed.
