摘　　要：随着军事武器的发展,高威力精确制导炸弹导致的腹部炸伤成为海战伤高发伤情。同时,该伤情在海战环境下极易复合海水浸泡伤,形成腹部开放性海水浸泡伤。本文分析了腹部开放性海水浸泡伤损伤机制、伤情特点以及救治难点,依据损伤控制性手术理念,提出针对此种伤情的“两部分、三阶段”损伤控制性手术救治策略,对每一阶段的救治要点进行阐述,并对该救治策略的未来应用进行展望。With the development of military weapons,abdominal injury caused by high-powered precision-guided bombs has become the most common injury in naval combat.Meanwhile,it often combines with seawater immersion injury in the naval combat environment,causing seawater-immersed opened abdominal injury.This paper analyzes the injury mechanism,characteristics,and treatment difficulties of seawater-immersed opened abdominal injury and proposes a“two-part,three-stage”damage-control surgical treatment strategy based on the concept of damage control surgery for this type of injury.The key points of each stage of the treatment,as well as the future application of this treatment strategy,are also introduced.
