本土化农村社会工作的实践困境与破解之道——兼论林顺利著《农村留守人员社会工作实务研究》

摘　　要：社会工作行业的蓬勃发展,特别是“乡村振兴战略”的提出,为农村社会工作提供了新的发展契机,但在当前的农村社会工作发展路径中仍存在不同层面的困境和难题。以行动研究法为方法论视角,立足河北省井陉、平山等多个县困境留守儿童项目的实践过程,分析农村社会工作实务面临的专业性困境和适应性困境,并提出基于专业本原、加强主体能力建设,立足当地情境、瞄准内在需求两大策略来应对本土化农村社会工作的发展,为深化本土化农村社会工作发展与研究提供参考。The vigorous development of social work industry,especially the proposal of“rural revitalization strategy”,has provided new development opportunities for rural social work,but there are still difficulties and problems at different levels in the current development path of rural social work.Taking action research method as a methodological perspective,based on the practical process of the project of left-behind children in difficulties in Jingxing and Pingshan counties of Hebei Province,the study analyzes the professional dilemma and adaptive dilemma faced by rural social work practice.It also puts forward two strategies to deal with the development of localized rural social work,namely,strengthening the construction of subject ability based on professional origin and aiming at internal needs based on local situation,which provides reference for deepening the development and research of localized rural social work.
