摘 要:韧性是中国企业高质量发展的关键能力。从目标和过程两方面构建企业高质量发展的测度指标体系,包括质量效益、绿色发展、社会共享、创新驱动、风险管理、公司治理6个维度,选取2020年上交所或深交所A股上市企业为研究对象,对2693家企业的高质量发展水平进行测度。在此基础上,分析不确定性环境下韧性能力对企业高质量发展的作用机制。结果发现:韧性能力通过促进高质量发展的过程导向指标——创新驱动,进而提高了目标导向指标——质量效益;越是在环境不确定性的环境下,韧性企业越是能通过整合稳定性与应变性的管理活动,有效将不确定性转化为创新的机会和条件,进而提升企业质量效益;组织韧性的构成要素,冗余性资源,有机式结构,乐变性文化都有助于企业创新的开展,与利益相关者的互惠性则只有保持在一定阈值内,才能正向促进企业创新,超过阈值后则成为创新的障碍因素。Resilience stands as a critical capability for fostering the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises.This paper establishes a comprehensive measurement index system for evaluating enterprise high-quality development,encompassing both outcome and procedural aspects.This system comprises six dimensions:quality and efficiency,sustainable development,social responsibility,innovation drive,risk management,and corporate governance.The research focuses on A-share listed enterprises on the Shanghai Stock Exchange(SSE)and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange(SZSE)in the year 2020,evaluating the level of high-quality development across 2,693 enterprises.Building on this foundation,this study proceeds to analyze the mechanisms through which resilience capabilities influence the high-quality development of enterprises within an uncertain environment.The conclusions of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly,resilience capabilities enhance the process-oriented indicator of high-quality development,namely enterprise innovation,and subsequently improve the goal-oriented indicators,which are enterprise quality and efficiency.Secondly,in environments characterized by higher levels of uncertainty,resilient enterprises demonstrate a greater ability to effectively transform uncertainty into opportunities and conducive conditions for innovation.This ability is realized through the integration of stability and adaptability management practices,ultimately leading to improvements in enterprise quality and efficiency.Lastly,the elements that constitute organizational resilience,such as resource redundancy,organic structures,and a culture that encourages adaptability,all contribute to fostering innovation within firms.However,it’s crucial to maintain a certain threshold of reciprocity with stakeholders to positively influence innovation within firms.Beyond this threshold,excessive reciprocity can become an impediment to innovation.
