摘 要:为了解决水力压裂石英砂支撑剂粒度粒形人工检测效率低、随机误差大且无法在线检测等难题,引入动态图像检测方法,不仅可以同时测量颗粒粒度、粒形,还为支撑剂在线检测开拓新思路。首先开展了石英砂动态图像处理算法研究,实现了石英砂图像中的颗粒提取及分析计算,精准求得石英砂粒度粒形参数,并设计了测试系统;其次与传统筛分法、电镜法等测量手段对比测试了20/40目、40/70目、70/140目等3种常用支撑剂,测量效率提高近200倍,重复性误差在1.7%以内,准确性误差在1.5%以内。结果表明,动态图像法可以解决人工检测效率低、随机误差大等难题,并可将检测系统安装在石英砂制备生产线上或水力压裂施工现场,实现在线测试,全面提升压裂入井材料质量管控水平。To solve the problems such as low efficiency of manual detection of particle size and shape of fracking quartz sand proppant,large random error,and inability to detect online,the introduction of dynamic image detection method can not only measure particle size and shape simultaneously,but also explore new ideas for online detection of proppant.Firstly,research on dynamic image processing algorithms for quartz sand was carried out,achieved particle extraction and analysis calculations in quartz sand images,accurately obtained the particle size and shape parameters of quartz sand,and designed a testing system.Secondly,three commonly used proppants,20-40 mesh,40-70 mesh,and 70-140 mesh,were compared and tested with traditional screening and electron microscopy methods.The measurement efficiency increased by nearly 200 times,with repeatability errors within 1.7%and accuracy errors within 1.5%.The results show that,the dynamic image method can solve the problems of low manual detection efficiency and large random error,and the system can be deployed and installed on quartz sand preparation production lines or hydraulic fracturing construction sites to achieve online testing and comprehensively improve the quality control level of fracturing materials.
