摘 要:本文总结了当前国内磷矿选矿的科研成果,包括磷矿的浮选机理、工艺、药剂以及化学与生物处理、磷尾矿综合利用等方面研究。浮选机理应用了红外光谱表征、接触角测量、单矿物浮选、Zeta电位测试、试剂吸附量等进行了研究。浮选工艺以多步浮选和联合分选技术为主,但同时也呈现多元化。浮选药剂的研究以捕收剂和调整剂为主,高性能低温捕收剂可通过改性复配获得;采用酸分解低品位磷矿石,可获得多种磷化工产品,溶磷率可通过微生物分解得以提高;在选矿废水处理和磷尾矿综合利用等方面也有了长足的进步。This paper summarizes the current scientific research results of domestic phosphorus ore beneficiation,including the flotation mechanism of phosphorus ore,process,pharmaceutical,and chemical and biological treatment,comprehensive utilization of phosphorus tailings and other aspects of research.The flotation mechanism was studied by applying infrared spectral characterization,contact angle measurement,single-mineral flotation,zeta potential test,and reagent adsorption;the flotation process was dominated by multistep flotation and joint sorting technology,but it also showed diversification.The research of flotation chemicals is mainly based on trapping agent and adjusting agent,and the high performance low temperature trapping agent can be obtained through modification and compounding;acid decomposition of low-grade phosphorus ore can be used to obtain a variety of phosphorus chemical products,and the dissolved phosphorus rate can be improved through microbial decomposition;there has been great progress in the treatment of beneficiation wastewater and comprehensive utilization of phosphorus tailings,and so on.
