高岭土在生产橡胶管填料中的应用分析

摘　　要：高岭土是一种非金属矿产,具有良好的可塑性和耐火性,在造纸、涂料、塑料等工业生产领域当中得到广泛利用。同时,随着科学技术的进步,高岭土的改性工艺得到进一步发展,其应用价值得到显著提升,其中高岭土在橡胶管填料方面的应用潜力就受到从业人员的广泛关注,相较于炭黑和白炭黑在环保和制作成本方面的缺陷,高岭土作为橡胶管填料不仅能够在性能方面达到合格甚至较高水准,同时具备生产成本低以及制备流程简单等优势,因此在生产橡胶管填料中具有明显的优势。本文将对高岭土的理化性质进行简单介绍,并且详细阐述高岭土在生产橡胶管填料中的应用价值,在此基础上,对高岭土填料的改性工艺进行分析,进而思考高岭土在生产橡胶管填料中应用要点及发展方向。Kaolin is a kind of non-metallic minerals,has good plasticity and fire resistance,in paper,coatings,plastics and other industrial production fields are widely used.At the same time,with the progress of science and technology,the modification process of kaolin has been further developed,and its application value has been significantly improved.Among them,the application potential of kaolin in rubber tube filler has attracted extensive attention from practitioners.Compared with the defects of carbon black and silica in environmental protection and production cost,kaolin as a rubber tube filler can not only reach the qualified or even higher level in performance,but also has the advantages of low production cost and simple preparation process,so it has considerable advantages in the production of rubber tube filler.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of kaolin are briefly introduced,and the application value of kaolin in the production of rubber tube filler is elaborated.On this basis,the modification process of kaolin filler is analyzed,and then the application key points and development direction of kaolin in the production of rubber tube filler are considered.
