摘 要:针对湖南某复杂高碳酸钙型伴生萤石回收存在精矿指标差等问题,开发出萤石高效回收新工艺。采用新工艺,实验室闭路试验获得产率9.96%、CaF2品位94.21%、回收率56.22%的萤石精矿指标;工业试验获得产率8.53%、CaF2品位93.89%、回收率48.07%的萤石精矿指标,与原工艺生产指标相比,精矿品位提高13.39%,萤石回收率提高27.39%,极大提升了企业的经济效益,实现了高碳酸钙型伴生萤石资源的高效回收。Aiming at the problem of low grade associated fluorite recovery concentrate of high calcium carbonate type in Hunan Province,a new process of high efficiency recovery of associated fluorite was developed.Using the new process,the laboratory closed circuit test obtained the fluorite concentrate with yield of 9.96%,CaF2 grade of 94.21%and recovery rate of 56.22%.Industrial test obtained the yield of 8.53%,CaF2 grade 93.89%,recovery rate of 48.07%fluorite concentrate index,compared with the original process production index,concentrate grade increased by 13.39 percentage points,fluorite recovery increased by 27.39 percentage points,greatly improving the economic benefits of enterprises.The high efficiency recovery of high calcium carbonate associated fluorite resources was realized.
