摘  要:以过碳酸钠为例,开展了注聚井堵塞物中不同形态聚合物对解堵效果的影响规律研究,并用来指导解堵体系优化及解堵工艺设计。首先,研究了过碳酸钠分别对于高浓度聚合物弹性胶团和交联聚合物脆性胶块的“解堵”工艺条件,同时,对比了两种形态聚合物混合物对解堵效果的影响规律。结果表明,高浓度聚合物弹性胶团在pH值为2时,堵塞物解除效率最高;交联聚合物脆性胶块在pH值为10时,堵塞物解除效率最高;在同一pH值条件下,混合物比单一形态聚合物降解效果差。研究表明:研究堵塞物中的聚合物形态及组成对解堵效果的影响规律,可以用来指导解堵体系优化及解堵工艺设计,从而改善解堵剂的应用效果。The influence of different polymer-existing states in blockage of polymer injection well on the effect of blockage-removing had been studied using sodium percarbonate as a blockage-removing agent and the result could be used to guide the optimization of the blockage-removing system and the design of blockage-removing technology.Firstly,the“blockage-removing”technical conditions of sodium percarbonate dealing with high concentration elastic polymer blockages and cross-linked brittle polymer-gel blockages were studied,respectively,Simultaneously,the influence of the two polymer-existing states mixture on the effect of blockage-removing had been compared.The results show that the removal efficiency would achieve the maximum when the pH is 2 for high concentration elastic polymer blockages;however,for cross-linked brittle polymer-gel blockages,the optimized pH value is 10.Under the same pH value,the degradation effect of the two polymer-existing states is worse than that of a single one.The research shows that the influence of polymer-existing states and composition in the blockage on the effect of blockage-removing can be used to guide the optimization of the agent system and the design of operation technology.As a result,the application effect of the blockage-removing agent would be improved greatly.
