摘  要:通过对比新型癸氧喹酯固体分散乳液与其他癸氧喹酯剂型对肉仔鸡球虫病的治疗效果,以癸氧喹酯溶液剂及预混剂等不同剂型作为对照,检测其抗鸡盲肠型柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)感染的功效。试验选用选用柔嫩艾美耳球虫的孢子化卵囊接种7日龄白羽肉鸡制备球虫病模型,将实验鸡分为模型组、空白组、癸氧喹酯阳性组(乳液组(emusion)、溶液组(solution)、预混剂(Premix)组),进行相对增重率、存活率。盲肠病变、卵囊数及抗球虫指数(ACI)的记录和测定。结果表明,模型组大量死亡,盲肠病变严重,增重率低;阳性药物组和模型组相比生存率大幅提高,盲肠病变情况明显改善,其中以癸氧喹酯乳液组抗球虫指数187.06为最高。结果表明,癸氧喹酯乳液具有良好的抗球虫效果,属于高效抗球虫药物。According to compare the therapeutic effects of the new decoquine solid dispersion emulsion with other decoquine formulations on broiler coccidiosis.Different dosage forms such as decoquine solution and premix are used as controls to test their resistance.Efficacy of Eimeria tenella infection in chickens.In the experiment,the sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella were used to inoculate 7-day-old white-feather broilers to prepare coccidiosis models.The experimental chickens were divided into model group,blank group,decoquinate positive group(emusion group,solution group,premix group),relative weight gain rate,survival rate.Record and determination of cecal lesions,number of oocysts and anti-coccidial index(ACI).The results showed that a large number of deaths in the model group,severe cecal lesions,and low weight gain rate;compared with the model group,the survival rate of the positive drug group was greatly improved,and the cecal lesions were significantly improved.The anticoccidial index of the decoquine emulsion group was 187.06 highest.The results show that the decoquinate emulsion has a good anti-coccidial effect and belongs to a highly effective anti-coccidial drug.
