摘  要:针对特超稠油开采困难问题,开展了特超稠油改质降粘技术研究,自制改质降粘催化剂,利用现代仪器技术研究了改质降粘催化剂对特超稠油族组成、沥青质与胶质的分子量、非金属元素等微观特征的影响。结果表明,180℃条件下催化剂与稠油反应24 h后恢复到50℃,降粘率达95.86%;重质组分减少11.09%,沥青质与胶质的平均分子量分别减小55.45%、46.68%,非金属O、N、S含量明显降低。同时开展了物理模拟驱油实验,改质降粘催化剂协同蒸汽提高驱油效率18.31%,效果显著。As to the difficulty in the production of extra-heavy oil,studied the viscosity reduction and modification of extra-super heavy oil under steam injection condition.In this paper,modern instrument technologies were used to study the effect of modified viscosity-reducing catalyst on the viscosity and oil displacement efficiency of heavy oil,and the composition of heavy oil before and after the reaction,the molecular weight of the asphaltene and the colloid and the change of the non-metallic elements were studied.The results show that viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil is 95.86%when heavy oil reverts to 50℃after 24 h of modification of viscosity reduction catalyst at 180℃.The average molecular weight of resin and asphaltene decreased by 46.68%and 55.45%,respectively.The content of nonmetallic ON S decreased significantly after the modification decreased the viscosity of heavy component by 11.09%,and the average molecular weight of resin and asphaltene decreased by 46.68%and 55.45%,respectively.Oil-drive simulation of the heavy oil was carried out,and the oil displacement efficiency is increased by 18.31%after injection of the modified viscosity reduction catalyst.
