摘  要:以胜利孤东普通稠油为研究对象,筛选并构建了两种具有超低界面张力,但乳化能力不同的驱油体系,研究了乳化作用对驱油效果的影响。结果表明,月桂酰胺基丙基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱(S12)、油酸酰胺基丙基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱(S17)以及烷醇酰胺与醇醚羧酸盐1∶1和1∶2形成的体系与原油界面张力可达超低值。由0.15%烷醇酰胺、0.15%醇醚羧酸盐、0.2%HPAM构成的体系对稠油具有较好的乳化效果,其提高采收率的能力要明显好于0.3%油酸酰胺基丙基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、0.2%HPAM构成的体系。微观可视化驱油实验表明,乳化能力强的体系通过与稠油形成乳状液,抑制了驱油体系的指进,因而具有更好的提高采收率能力。Taking Shengli Gudong ordinary heavy oil as the research object,two oil displacement systems with ultra-low interfacial tension but different emulsification capabilities were screened and constructed,and the influence of emulsification on the oil displacement effect was studied.The results showed that lauryl amidopropyl dimethyl hydroxypropyl sultaine(S12),oleic amidopropyl dimethyl hydroxypropyl sultaine(S17)and alkanolamide and alcohol ether carboxylic acid The interfacial tension between the salt 1∶1 and 1∶2 system and crude oil can reach ultra-low values.The system composed of 0.15%alkanolamide,0.15%alcohol ether carboxylate,and 0.2%HPAM has a good emulsification effect on heavy oil,and its ability to increase oil recovery is significantly better than 0.3%oleic acid amidopropyl A system composed of dimethyl hydroxypropyl sultaine and 0.2%HPAM.The microscopic visualization flooding experiment shows that the system with strong emulsification ability can inhibit the fingering of the flooding system by forming an emulsion with the heavy oil,so it has a better ability to improve oil recovery.
