摘  要:轧制液直接影响着冷轧系统运行稳定性和冷轧钢带产品质量[1]。为加强轧制乳化液的控制和管理,本文选择了两种现役冷轧乳化液作为研究对象。根据现场使用性能的要求,分析了两种乳化液的基本理化性能、摩擦学性能、热挥发性能、抗氧化性能、防锈性能、防腐败性能。实验结果表明,冷轧乳化液#2油品的抗磨性能、减摩性能、热挥发性能、抗氧化性能以及防锈性能显著优于冷轧乳化液#1,更适合应用于冷轧钢板带生产线。The rolling emulsion directly affects the running stability of cold rolling system and the quality of cold rolling strip.In order to strengthen the control and quality management of rolling emulsion,two kinds of cold rolling emulsion were selected as the research object,According to the requirements of field performance,the basic physical and chemical properties,tribological properties,thermal volatilization properties,oxidation resistance,rust resistance and anti-corruption properties of the two emulsions were analyzed.The results show that the antiwear,antifriction,thermal volatilization,oxidation resistance and antirust properties of cold rolling emulsion#2 are significantly better than those of cold rolling emulsion#1,which is more suitable for cold rolling strip production line.
