摘 要:综述了胺类、丙烯酰胺类、天然环保型等近几年来国内外新型粘土水化抑制剂的研究现状,分析了粘土矿物遇水膨胀机理及抑制剂的抑制机理,为低渗透油藏粘土水化抑制剂的研究奠定基础。目前粘土水化抑制剂难以综合考虑到各个可变特征影响因素。针对低渗油藏的特殊储层性质,需要开发具有可变功能、高稳定性和高效率的粘土水化抑制剂,还要综合考虑合成成本、毒性、高效稳定性和实际应用等情况。This article reviews the research status of new types of clay hydration inhibitors at home and abroad in recent years,such as amines,acrylamides,natural environmental protection,etc.,and analyzes the swelling mechanism of water-sensitive clay minerals and the inhibition mechanism of inhibitors.It can lay a foundation for the research of clay hydration inhibitors in low permeability reservoirs.At present,it is difficult for clay hydration inhibitors to comprehensively consider the influencing factors of various variable characteristics.In view of the special reservoir properties of low-permeability reservoirs,it is necessary to develop clay hydration inhibitors with variable functions,high stability and efficiency,and comprehensive consideration of synthesis cost,toxicity,high efficiency and stability,and practical application.
