摘  要:工业废水具有污染物浓度高、生物毒性强、可生物降解性差、水质条件复杂且波动较大等特点,需要采用预处理或深度处理改善处理效果。臭氧微气泡技术是一种无二次污染、运行成本低、操作管理简单的高级氧化技术,在废水处理领域受到了广泛关注。介绍了多种微气泡产生方式,结合微气泡停留时间长、比表面积大、稳定性强、传质效率高以及可产生羟基(·OH)强化处理效果等特性,分析说明了微气泡结合臭氧这一高级氧化技术的特点,系统阐述了臭氧微气泡技术在腈纶废水、煤化工废水、制药废水、制革废水、染料废水等多种工业废水处理方面的研究进展,并对各类工业废水应用上的优势进行总结。最后,提出了目前臭氧微气泡技术存在的问题,并以此为基础对臭氧微气泡技术的研究方向进行了展望。Industrial wastewater was characterized by high pollutant concentration,strong biotoxicity,poor biodegradability,complex water quality conditions and great fluctuation,etc.,which required pretreatment or deep treatment to improve the treatment effect.Ozone microbubble technology was an advanced oxidation technology with no secondary pollution,low operating cost and simple operation management,which had been widely concerned in the field of wastewater treatment.Various microbubble generated way had been introduced in this paper,combined with the microbubble residence time was long,large specific surface area,strong stability,high mass transfer efficiency,and could produce hydroxyl(OH),strengthen the result of processing characteristics analysis illustrates the microbubbles in combination with the characteristics of the advanced oxidation technologies of ozone,ozone system elaborated the microbubble technology in acrylic fiber wastewater and chemical wastewater,pharmaceutical wastewater,leather wastewater,dye wastewater,and other industrial progress of wastewater treatment,and summarizes the superiority of all kinds of industrial wastewater applications.Finally,the existing problems of ozone microbubble technology were pointed out and the research direction of ozone microbubble technology was prospected based on this.
