摘 要:活性炭纤维具有比表面积大,孔径分布窄,以微孔结构为主,且微孔主要分布在活性炭纤维表面,吸附脱附速度快等优异性能,因此对其进行研究应用越来越受到关注。由于活性炭纤维吸附效能受环境湿度影响比较大,本文主要阐述了活性炭纤维疏水改性对其吸附能力影响研究进展。通过调研发现制备活性炭纤维疏水材料的主要途径有两种:一是在活性炭纤维表面直接构建疏水保护层;二是在材料表面上修饰低表面能物质。改进活性炭纤维生产方法和提高活性炭纤维疏水性能是今后研究的主要方向。Activated carbon fiber has a lot of excellent performances,such as higher specific surface area,narrower pore size distribution and the most of microspore,quicker speed of adsorption and desorption.Microspore distributes mainly on the surface of activated carbon fiber.Research and application of activated carbon fiber are attracted more and more attention.Because the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon fiber is easily influenced by ambient humidity,so humidity is one of the very important influencing factors.The article is research progress of the adsorption efficiency on activated carbon fiber by hydrophobicity modification.Through the investigation and research,there are two approaches for preparing hydrophobic activated carbon fiber,One is that hydrophobic protective layer is builded on the surface of activated carbon fiber,and the other is that low surface energy material is modified on the surface of materials.In the future,the main research direction is improving production method and increasing activated carbon fiber hydrophobicity.
