摘  要:金属铍作为一种特殊的功能性材料,应用集中在核领域、X射线领域、国防和航天航空领域,准确测定矿石中的铍含量尤其重要。采用过氧化钠熔融矿石样品,稀盐酸浸取,标准曲线基体匹配法用电感耦合发射光谱仪测样。碱熔融样品解决了样品难分解的问题,标准曲线基体匹配法以及样品稀释法解决了带入的钠基体的影响,电感耦合发射光谱法灵敏度高、线性范围广,且RSD小于2%,准确度高,精密度良好,适用于0.05~10%的矿石样品。As a kind of special functional material,beryllium metal has been widely used in nuclear,X-ray,national defense and aerospace fields.The sample of ores melted by sodium peroxide was extracted with dilute hydrochloric acid,and the sample was measured by inductively coupled emission spectrometer with standard curve matrix matching method.Standard curve matching method and sample dilution method were used to solve the problem that the sample was difficult to decompose.The sensitivity of inductively coupled emission spectrometry(icp-aes)was high,the linear range was wide,and the RSD was less than 2%,high accuracy,good precision,suitable for 0.05%~10%mineral samples.
