摘  要:塔里木油田库车山前构造在油气开发过程中,由于储层地质具有温度高、压力高、渗透率低等特点,在试油、测试、修井等作业时就需要相关工作液具备密度高、耐高温、低腐蚀、储层伤害小等特点。为此,研发了一套密度可达1.82 g/cm^(3)、抗温≥160℃的无固相压井工作液。实验室评价表明,该无固相体系在160℃下对超级13Cr钢片的腐蚀速率远低于0.076 mm/a,滚动回收率大于95%,岩心渗透率恢复值大于90%。In the process of oil and gas development of Kuqa Piedmont structure in Tarim Oilfield,the reservoir has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and low permeability,the relevant working fluid is required to have the characteristics of high density,high temperature resistance,low corrosion and low reservoir damage during oil testing,and well completion.Therefore,a set of solid free well control fluid with density up to 1.82 g/cm^(3)and temperature resistance up to 160℃has been developed.Laboratory evaluation shows that the corrosion rate of super 13Cr steel sheet is far less than 0.076 mm/a at 160℃,the rolling recovery rate is more than 95%,and the core permeability recovery value is more than 90%in the solid-free system.
