摘  要:稠油是全世界油气资源很重要的一部分,国内外都在不断的开发新的稠油开采技术,我国稠油资源丰富,稠油热采是国内外主要采取的稠油开采方式。其中蒸汽驱分层配汽技术可以说是开采稠油最具前景的一项热采技术,蒸汽驱分层配汽技术也使得能源能够更加有效充分的利用。并且油藏的各个油层的物性不同,高渗透层采油率高,低渗透层采油量低,利用率低,蒸汽驱分层配汽技术也能完美的解决这个问题。恒流配汽阀是设计的核心,该阀对于注汽单元定量的配注蒸汽,能够使得蒸汽配注保持稳定,有效的制止了气窜现象,能够高效率的采收稠油。恒流配汽器是通过压差来调节流量流通面积的大小,从而调节流量到恒定的设计流量,以5种符合实际情况的流量来分别对蒸汽驱分层配汽器的结构进行了设计优化该项设计能够解决现如今稠油开采吞吐轮次增高采油进入后期之后的层间矛盾的问题。Heavy oil is an important part of the world's oil and gas resources,and new heavy oil recovery technologies are constantly developed at home and abroad.China is rich in heavy oil resources,and heavy oil thermal recovery is the main way of heavy oil recovery at home and abroad.Steam drive stratified steam distribution technology can be said to be the most promising thermal recovery technology for heavy oil recovery.Steam drive stratified steam distribution technology also makes more effective and full use of energy.And the physical properties of each reservoir are different.The high permeability layer has high oil production rate,the low permeability layer has low oil production and low utilization rate.The steam drive stratified steam distribution technology can also solve this problem perfectly.Constant flow steam distribution valve is the core of the design.For the quantitative steam distribution of the steam injection unit,the valve can make the steam distribution stable,effectively prevent the gas channeling phenomenon,and effectively recover heavy oil.Constant flow steam distributor is to regulate the flow area through the pressure difference,so as to regulate the flow to the constant design flow.The structure of the steam drive layered steam distributor is designed and optimized with five kinds of flow that are in line with the actual situation.This design can solve the problem of the interlayer contradiction after the high-throughput oil recovery in the later stage.
