摘 要:针对我国目前超高温、超深井所用的高固相水基钻井液常出现的粘切高的问题,评价了水基钻井液用抗高温抗盐稀释稳定剂HW Thin,实验表明,稀释稳定剂HW Thin在淡水基浆、不同浓度盐水基浆和各种钻井液体系中均具有良好的降粘作用,抗温可达200℃,抗盐近饱和,进行生物毒性检测,可达到环保要求。另外,稀释稳定剂HW Thin在群古2JS井和博孜302井现场应用,取得显著的降低粘切作用,且具有稳定和降低滤失量的双重功效,能抗井底高温,抗高含钙盐水污染,抗CO_(2)污染。In view of the problem of high shear rate of high solid phase water-based drilling fluid used in ultra high temperature and ultra deep wells in China.The high temperature and salt resistant dilution stabilizer HW thin for water-based drilling fluid is evaluated.HW Thin has good viscosity reducing effect in fresh water based mud,salt water based mud with different concentrations and various drilling fluid systems,with temperature resistance up to 200℃,salt resistance near saturation,and biological toxicity detection,which can meet the requirements of environmental protection.In addition,the dilution stabilizer HW thin has been applied in Qungu-2JS well and Bozi-302 well,which can significantly reduce the viscosity and shear,stabilize and reduce the filtration,and resist bottom hole high temperature,high calcium salt water pollution and CO_(2)pollution.
