摘 要:多轮次蒸汽吞吐后期稠油产量递减快、措施成本高,为提高开发效益、完善稠油的开发方式,通过攻关,研制了活性高分子降粘剂,形成了活性高分子稠油降粘冷采技术。该技术通过在降粘剂高分子支链上引入系列活性基团,其中的芳香基团能自发嵌入到沥青质与胶质的芳香片层间,拆散沥青质与胶质的复杂聚集体,其它的极性基团与界面活性基团抑制其再次聚集,实现“由内向外”高效降粘的目的,针对50℃下粘度<50000 mPa·s的稠油,室内静态降粘率>95%。目前在胜利、河南、江汉等油田应用30余井次,现场效果显著,措施后最高单井增油超过10倍,最长有效期超过24个月,平均单井日增油3 t。与上一轮次蒸汽吞吐相比,降粘冷采单井增油量相当,成本降低40%以上,真正实现了稠油冷采效益开发。In order to improve the development efficiency and improve the development mode of heavy oil,the active polymer viscosity reducer was developed and the viscosity reducing cold recovery technology was formed.In this technology,a series of active groups are introduced into the polymer branch chain of viscosity reducer,in which the aromatic groups can be embedded into the aromatic layers of asphaltene and gum spontaneously,and the complex aggregates of asphaltene and gum can be separated.Other polar groups and interfacial active groups inhibit their re aggregation,so as to achieve the purpose of“from inside out”high-efficiency viscosity reduction oil,for heavy oil with viscosity<5×10^(4) mPa·s at 50℃static viscosity reduction rate>95%.At present,it has been applied in more than 30 wells in Shengli,Henan,Jianghan and other oilfields,and the field effect is remarkable.After the measures,the maximum single well oil increase is more than 10 times,the longest effective period is more than 24 months,and the average daily oil increase of single well is 3 t.Compared with the last round of steam huff and puff,the oil increment of single well with viscosity reduction and cold production is equivalent,and the cost is reduced by more than 40%,which truly realizes the benefit development of heavy oil cold recovery.
