摘  要:福建省沿海地区村镇存在数量庞大的石砌体民宅,这些石砌体房屋普遍老龄化,其材料特性、结构组成和砌筑方式导致房屋整体性差,抗震性能极差,对此类房屋的抗震加固是当前建设工作的重点之一。通过调研介绍石砌体房屋的现状及其在结构体系、选材用材、石墙体砌筑方式、构造措施和地基条件等方面的缺陷。对既有石砌体房屋抗震性能及加固研究成果进行归纳、总结和评析,指出其在理论、试验研究及工程应用等方面的不足,为后续研究和抗震加固应用提供思路与方向。最后,结合新材料发展,提出采用具有高强度、高耐久性,且与石材材性相匹配的超高性能混凝土(UHPC)对既有石砌体房屋进行抗震加固的新型方法。A large number of masonry buildings exist in villages and towns in coastal areas of Fujian Province.These masonry buildings are generally old,and their material characteristics,structural composition and masonry methods lead to poor buildings integrity and extremely poor seismic performance,and the seismic strengthening of such buildings is one of the priorities of current construction works.The current situation of masonry buildings and their defects in structural system,material selection,masonry method of stone walls,stone floor slab roof cover,structural measures,foundation conditions,etc.are introduced through the research.The research results of seismic performance and reinforcement of existing masonry buildings are summarized and analyzed,and the shortcomings in theory,experimental research and engineering applications are pointed out to provide ideas and directions for subsequent research and seismic reinforcement applications.Finally,a new method of seismic strengthening of existing masonry buildings is proposed using ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)with high strength,high durability and matching the material properties of stone.
