摘　　要：古文保修缮项目造价控制既有一般建筑项目共性的一面,也有古文保建筑自身个性结构特点所带来的特性。通过结合金陵女子大学中大楼、100号楼、北大楼等重点楼宇修缮加固的工作实践案例,遵照古文保修缮流程,介绍了影响古文保修缮加固的五大过程因素,针对五大因素阐述了古文保修缮造价全过程出现的共性问题,并提出了对应的五大解决措施与方案,提出古文保修缮应更注重前期勘察、调研,相应造价控制更应对前期措施费用有所倾斜。文章总结高校类文保修缮特殊条件下的注意事项,需兼顾施工与教学,为兄弟院校的古文保修缮工程提供借鉴与参考。The cost control of ancient cultural warranty projects not only has the common aspect of general construction projects,but also has the characteristics brought by the individual structural characteristics of ancient cultural preservation buildings.Based on the work practice cases of the repair and reinforcement of key buildings such as the Middle building,Building 100 and the North Building of Jinling Women's University,this paper introduces the five major process factors affecting the warranty and reinforcement of ancient texts in accordance with the ancient text warranty process,According to the five major factors,the common problems in the whole process of ancient text warranty cost are summarized,and the corresponding five major solutions and solutions are proposed one by one influencing factors,and it is proposed that ancient text warranty should pay more attention to preliminary investigation and research,and the corresponding cost control should be tilted towards the cost of early measures.The conclusion of the article summarizes the precautions under the special conditions of university literature warranty,taking into account construction and teaching,provides reference for the ancient warranty project of fraternal universities.
