满洲里城市游憩商业区驱动机制研究

摘　　要：城市游憩商业区作为城市旅游的重要组成部分,它的形成和发展会受到内部或外部动力因素的影响。对其驱动机制的研究,可以提示该区域在旧的驱动因素消失前创造新的相对优势,为未来发展找准方向。文章首先介绍满洲里城市游憩商业区概况,然后对需求、供给、中介和保障4个动力系统因素加以阐述,进而分析满洲里城市游憩商业区的启动机制和主导驱动机制,以期对其未来发展有所借鉴。As an important part of urban tourism,the formation and development of urban recreational business district will be affected by internal or external dynamic factors.Therefore,the study of its driving mechanism can prompt the region to create new comparative advantages before the disappearance of the old driving factors,and identify the direction for future development.The article first introduces the general situation of urban recreational business district in Manzhouli,then expounds the four dynamic system factors of demand,supply,intermediary and guarantee.What’s more,it also analyzes the starting mechanism and leading driving mechanism of the urban recreational business district in Manzhouli,finally puts forward the prospect of its future development.
