摘  要:校园跑APP在监控学生体育活动、提高体质健康及体育课程考核等方面功效显著。为解决使用过程中违规代跑、考核失衡、课时代偿等问题,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法进行研究。研究发现:1)校园跑APP功用为提高体质健康与运动表现、增加体育锻炼行为与养成体育锻炼习惯、丰富教学内容与考核方式。2)校园跑APP使用过程中存在问题有价值与功效界定模糊、挤占常规体育课堂时间、骑行代跑、功能单一等。3)干预措施为切实明晰校园跑APP功效与价值、加强中后期校园跑APP监管、适度开放引导发展APP社交功能。研究建议:根据体育健康课程需要合理使用校园跑APP,强化过程监控、后期反馈及整合协同。The campus running app has significant effects in monitoring physical activity,improving physical health,and assessing physical education courses,in order to solve problems such as violations of proxy running rules,imbalanced assessments,and class hour compensation.Using methods such as literature review and expert interviews to regress functions,identify problems,and propose interventions.Research has found that:1)The functional performance is to improve physical health and exercise performance,increase physical exercise behavior and cultivate physical exercise habits,enrich teaching content and assessment standards.2)The existing problems include unclear definition of value and efficacy,encroachment on regular physical education classroom time,frequent violations such as running and cycling,and limited functionality.3)The intervention measures include effectively clarifying the efficacy and value of campus running apps,strengthening the supervision of campus running apps in the middle and later stages,and moderately opening up and guiding social functions.Suggestion:Follow the outline of the physical education and health curriculum,apply the campus running app,strengthen process monitoring,post feedback,and integrate interventions.
