摘　　要：左心室假性室壁瘤是一种罕见却致命的并发症,常继发于心肌梗死、心脏手术、创伤,感染是相对少见的原因。本病例报告报道一例在肝脓肿介入治疗术后最初被误诊为二尖瓣裂、最终确诊为感染性左心室假性室壁瘤的老年女性病例,强调左心室假性室壁瘤的灾难性、准确诊断的重要性以及及时手术的必要性。Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a rare but life-threatening disorder that is frequently reported secondary to myocardial infarction,cardiac surgery or trauma,and infection is a relatively uncommon cause.We present a case of an elderly woman who was initially misdiagnosed as cleft mitral valve after percutaneous catheter drainage of liver abscess,finally diagnosed as infectious left ventricular pseudoaneurysm.This case report emphasizes the catastrophic nature of pseudoaneurysm,highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis,and the necessity of timely surgery.
