摘　　要：目的:系统评价蒙药结合西医常规药物治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed等建库至2022年3月蒙药联合西医常规药物治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验。由2位研究员对文献进行筛选和评估,采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入14篇文献,涉及1361例病人,其中治疗组693例,对照组668例。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,治疗组临床有效率提高[OR=3.80,95%CI(2.55,5.66),P<0.00001],心绞痛发作时间缩短[MD=-2.16,95%CI(-3.20,-1.12),P<0.0001],心绞痛发作频率降低[MD=-4.44,95%CI(-5.91,-2.96),P<0.00001],心电图评分升高[MD=-2.57,95%CI(-2.94,-2.20),P<0.00001]。纳入的文献均未报道不良反应。结论:现有证据表明,蒙药结合西医常规药物治疗冠心病心绞痛是安全有效的。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of integrated Mongolia and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of integrated Mongolia and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from the database establishment to March 2022 were searched by CNKI,VIP,CBM,WanFang,and PubMed.The literature was screened and evaluated by two researchers,and RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 14 literatures were included,including 1361 patients,there were 693 patients in the treatment group and 668 patients in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,in the treatment group,the clinical efficacy was better(OR=3.80,95%CI 2.55-5.66,P<0.00001),the duration of angina pectoris was shorter(MD=-2.16,95%CI-3.20--1.12,P<0.0001),the frequency of angina pectoris was less(MD=-4.44,95%CI-5.91--2.96,P<0.00001),electrocardiogram score was increased(MD=-2.57,95%CI-2.94--2.20,P<0.00001).No adverse reactions were reported in the included literatures.Conclusion:The current evidence showed that integrated Mongolia and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary artery disease angina pectoris was safe and effective.
