超声诊断阑尾炎周围脓肿的临床价值及准确率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾炎周围脓肿实施超声检查技术的诊断价值。方法选择2020年9月至2022年9月期间收治的64例阑尾炎患者,开展回顾性调查分析,均实施超声诊断,与手术及病理检查结果对照,评估诊断价值。结果64例阑尾炎患者经手术及病理检查结果显示:单纯性阑尾炎36例、化脓性阑尾炎17例、阑尾炎周围脓肿11例;经超声诊断结果:单纯性阑尾炎34例、化脓性阑尾炎16例、阑尾炎周围脓肿10例,与手术及病理检查结果对照,诊断准确率分别为94.4%、94.1%、90.9%;阑尾炎周围脓肿典型超声征象特点有包块形态不规则、包块内部回声混杂、包块内部积液、包块周边网膜及系膜增厚、回声增强、阑尾壁连续性中断。结论阑尾炎周围脓肿实施超声诊断,准确率高,且具有安全、无创等优势,可为疾病治疗提供可靠的影像学参考,具有应用推广的价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in appendicitis surrounding abscesses.Methods Sixty-four patients with appendicitis admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were retrospectively investigated and analyzed.Ultrasound diagnosis was performed in all patients.The diagnostic value was evaluated by comparing with the results of surgery and pathology.Results The results of operation and pathology in 64 patients with appendicitis showed that there were 36 cases with simple appendicitis,17 with suppurative appendicitis,and 11 cases with periappendiceal abscess.Ultrasonic diagnostic results showed that there were 34 cases with simple appendicitis,16 cases with suppurative appendicitis,10 cases with periappendiceal abscess.Compared with the results of surgery and pathology,the diagnostic accuracy was 94.4%,94.1%and 90.9%,respectively.Typical ultrasonic signs of abscess around appendicitis included irregular shape of the mass,mixed echo in the mass,fluid accumulation in the mass,thickening of omentum and mesentery around the mass,enhanced echo,and interruption of continuity of the appendix wall.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis surrounding abscesses has high accuracy,safety,non-invasive and other advantages,which can provide reliable imaging reference for disease treatment,and has the value of application and promotion.
