社会实践类一流课程建设的探索与实践--以贵州财经大学“社会工作实务”课程为例

摘　　要：课程是人才培养的关键,对于强调社会实践的“社会工作实务”课程而言,课程教学模式创新和实践教学体系建构举足轻重。贵州财经大学“社会工作实务”教学团队以教学模式为主线,关注创新和实践维度,探索课程思政、课堂教学和实践教学的有机融合。然而,在智慧教学、持续反思性监控和师资队伍建设等方面仍存在不足,需要以学生发展为中心,以立德树人为根本标准,结合地方社会发展需求,通过发展智慧教学、坚持持续反思性监控、加强师资队伍建设等途径,培养出创新型、复合型、应用型人才。Courses are vital to the cultivation of talents.For“Social Work Practice”which emphasizes social practice,the innovation of curriculum teaching mode and the construction of practice teaching system play an important role.The“Social Work Practice”teaching team in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics focus on teaching model,innovation and practice,and integration of education,classroom teaching and practical teaching.However,there is still space for improvement.The teaching team should put student’s education and local development in important position,and culture innovative,compound and applied talents by developing intelligent teaching,and persist in continuous reflection and improving teachers’abilities.
