摘　　要：针对2024T3铝合金型材力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能不合格问题,研究了铸锭均匀化退火工艺、淬火冷却条件等,结合力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能检测结果,确定了2024T3铝合金型材合适的生产工艺,生产出力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能满足技术要求的产品。In view of the issue of unqualified mechanical properties and intergranular cor⁃rosion performance of 2024T3 aluminum alloy profiles,the effects of quenching conditions and ingot homogenization annealing process were studied,mechanical properties and interg⁃ranular corrosion were tested,then suitable production techniques were determined,and the products were acceptable whose mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion meet the technical requirements.
