摘　　要：目的 探讨认知行为干预对头颈癌放疗患者营养状况、情绪的影响。方法 选取2020年12月—2021年12月在广州某三级甲等医院接受放射治疗的76例头颈癌患者为研究对象。按照组间资料均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组接受常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上接受认知行为干预措施。对比两组患者干预前后营养状况、焦虑抑郁情况。结果 干预后,观察组患者血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑、抑郁程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 认知行为干预可有效改善头颈癌放疗患者营养状况,降低其焦虑、抑郁水平。Objective To explore the impact of cognitive behavioral intervention on the nutritional status and emotions of patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 76 patients with head and neck cancer who underwent radiation therapy at a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral interventions on the basis of the control group to compare the nutritional status,anxiety,and depression of two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the serum albumin and total serum protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lighter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy,and reduce their anxiety and depression levels.
