PDA闭环式管理在泌尿外科老年住院患者外出检查中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探索基于移动手持计算机设备(PDA)的闭环式管理模式在泌尿外科老年住院患者外出检查期间的应用。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院泌尿外科2019年1—12月和2022年1—12月住院并完成外出检查的患者共2122例,设置2019年1—12月的954例患者为对照组,2022年1—12月的1168例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规的安全护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于PDA的闭环式管理模式,包括检查前对患者进行正确的风险评估,为患者建立“患者外出检查期间安全风险提示卡”,采取预见性护理措施,以及外出前后使用PDA扫码。比较两组患者外出检查不良事件发生率及对医务人员和外送人员的满意度。结果观察组患者外出检查中跌倒、脱管、走失、低血糖发生率及不良事件总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),住院患者对医务人员和外送人员满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDA的闭环式管理措施,能够有效减少泌尿外科老年住院患者外出检查不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application of a closed-loop management model based on mobile handheld computer devices(PDA)during out-of-ward examinations for elderly inpatients in the department of urology.Methods We selected a total of 2,122 patients who were hospitalized and completed out-of-ward examinations in the department of urology,Beijing Friendship Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January to December 2019 and January to December 2022,and set 954 patients from January to December 2019 as controls group,1,168 patients from January to December 2022 were the observation group.The control group adopted conventional safety nursing measures,and the observation group adopted a PDA-based closed-loop management model based on the control group,including correct risk assessment of patients before examination and the establishment of a"Safety Risk Reminder Card for Patients During Out-of-Ward Examinations"for patients.Take predictive care measures and use PDA to scan QR codes before and after going out.The incidence of adverse events for out-of-ward examinations and satisfaction with medical staffand delivery personnel were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of falls,detachment,loss,hypoglycemia,and total incidence of adverse events during out-of-ward examinations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differeces were statistically significant(P<0.05),and inpatients'satisfaction with medical staffand delivery personnel was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-loop management measures based on PDA can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events for elderly inpatients in the department of urology and improve patient satisfaction.
