摘  要:目的探究基于自我效能理论的远程护理干预对学龄期癫痫患儿自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法选择湖南省某三级甲等专科医院2021年6—12月收治的91例癫痫患儿为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组45例与对照组46例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于自我效能理论的远程护理干预。比较两组患儿干预前后自护能力及生活质量情况。结果远程护理干预前,两组患儿自护能力评分及生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿自护能力评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于自我效能理论的远程护理干预可提高学龄期癫痫患儿的自护能力及生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of remote nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on the self-care ability and quality of life of school-age children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 91 children with epilepsy admitted to a tertiary specialized hospital in Hunan Province from June to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,they were divided into an observation group of 45 cases and a control group of 46 cases.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group used remote nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory on the basis of the control group to compare the self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups of children before and after intervention.Results Before remote nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the self-care ability score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remote nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory can improve the selfcare ability and quality of life of school-age children with epilepsy.
