摘　　要：文章详细介绍了干法制砂的工艺流程以及生产过程中遇到的关键问题,并提出了干法制砂质量控制的措施。工程实践表明:通过干法制砂工艺,成功解决了“立冲制砂+湿法洗选”工艺成品砂级配“两头多,中间少”的问题,为工程建设中机制砂制备提供了新思路。This paper provides a comprehensive introduction to the technological process of dry sand making,highlights key challenges encountered during production,and proposes measures for quality control in dry sand making.Through engineering practice,it has been demonstrated that the issue of uneven sand grading in the"vertical sand preparation+wet washing"process,characterized by excessive sand at the ends and insufficient sand in the middle,has been effectively resolved through the dry sand preparation process.This breakthrough presents a new approach to the preparation of machine-made sand in engineering construction.
