摘 要:文章总结了关于C80混凝土制备的相关文献,发现C80混凝土中水泥掺量普遍偏高,不符合混凝土抗裂与低碳化制备要求。文中采用低热水泥、大掺量粉煤灰的方案制备C80混凝土,结果表明:所制备的C80混凝土工作性能良好,混凝土早期强度偏低,但后期强度发展加快并逐渐达到硅酸盐水泥混凝土抗压强度水平,混凝土绝热温升值仅47.5℃,自收缩降低60%,抗裂性能明显提高。This paper provides a summary of relevant literature on the composition characteristics of C80 concrete.The findings reveal that C80 concrete typically has a high cement content,which fails to meet the requirements for crack resistance and low carbonization preparation.To address this issue,the study proposes the use of low-heat cement and a significant amount of fly ash in the preparation of C80 concrete.The results demonstrate that the prepared C80 concrete exhibits favorable workability,with initial strength being relatively low but later strength development accelerating and gradually reaching the compressive strength level of Portland cement concrete.Additionally,the concrete shows a modest rise in thermal insulation temperature of only 47.5℃,a 60%reduction in autogenous shrinkage,and a significant improvement in crack resistance.
