摘　　要：综述类情报产品是对大量情报资料进行关联整合与综合加工,以高度浓缩的形式准确、全面反映情报资料的内容而形成的一种高层次的情报产品。它具有情报综合、情报浓缩和情报增值等功能。编写综述类情报产品,首先要对情报资料加以整合,使之建立逻辑联系;其次采用梳理、比较、分类和归类、分析和综合等方法,对情报资料进行综合加工,生成情报内容;最后,在情报内容表达上,应遵循用情报资料说话并忠实于情报资料的原则,情报事实表达以“述”为主,秉持公正、中立的立场,情报观点表达应保持客观性,即观点来自情报资料而非编写者的个人判断。Review intelligence product is a kind of high-level intelligence product which is written by integrating and processing a large amount of intelligence data,and accurately and comprehensively reflecting the content of intelligence data.It expresses the intelligence content in a comprehensive and condensed way,and can also increase the value of intelligence.The writing of review intelligence product includes three steps:Firstly,integrate intelligence data to establish logical relations between them;then,the methods of reorganize,comparison,classification,analysis and synthesis are used to synthesize intelligence data and generate the intelligence content.Finally,in the expression of intelligence content,we should follow the principle of using and being true to intelligence data.The expression of intelligence facts is based on narration and maintains a fair and neutral position.The expression of intelligence views should be objective,that is,the views are derived from the intelligence data and not from the personal judgment of the writer.
