摘  要:探究香叶树优树自由授粉家系的生长性状遗传特性与变异规律,为选择适合本地生长的乡土珍贵树种以及遗传改良提供参考。以3年生29个香叶树优树家系测定试验林为研究对象,分析不同家系间林木生长性状和遗传差异,并采用主成分分析和聚类分析进行综合评价。结果表明:香叶树幼林各生长性状变异丰富且在家系和区组×家系间均呈极显著(P<0.01),遗传和表型变异系数范围分别为0.37~1.39和0.62~2.34之间,其中以单株材积的变异系数最大,家系遗传力变化范围为0.90~0.96,均属于高强度变异。结合主成分分析和聚类分析方法,按照20%入选率,选择1号、2号、4号、5号、6号和27号共6种家系为最优家系。研究结果可为香叶树自由授粉家系遗传改良、种质推广以及优质林分的营造,生态修复和景观提升,发挥良好的示范带动作用。To explore the genetic characteristics and variation of growth traits of the free pollination family of Lindera communis,and provide reference for the selection of local precious tree species suitable for local growth and genetic improvement,the experimental forest for the determination of the genealogy of 29 Lindera communis in 3 years was used as the research object,the growth traits and genetic differences of trees between different families were analyzed,and principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the growth traits of the young forest of Lindera communis were rich in variability and were very significant among families,blocks and×families(P<0.01),and the genetic and phenotypic coefficients ranged between 0.37~1.39 and 0.62~2.34,respectively,among which the coefficient of variation was the largest by single plant volume,and the range of heritability of the family was 0.90~0.96,all of which were high-intensity variations.The results of correlation analysis showed that the survival rate was significantly correlated with each growth trait,indicating that the survival rate was closely related to each growth trait.Combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods,according to the 20%inclusion rate,a total of 6 families No.1,No.2,No.4,No.5,No.6 and No.27 were selected as the optimal families,because the six families were ranked in the top 6 in the principal component analysis and in the cluster analysis,they all belonged to the same class,only the score order was slightly different.The research results can play a good demonstration role for the genetic improvement of free pollination lineage,germplasm promotion,high-quality forest stand creation,ecological restoration and landscape improvement.
