摘  要:利用回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)瓶作为添加剂,并利用湿式相转化方法制备PET/聚醚酰亚胺(Polyetherimide,PEI)混合膜,应用于水中乳化油分离的研究。结果表明,随着PET比例由0增加至15%,混合膜的纯水通量和乳化油的去除通量越大,去除效率越低。在0.2 MPa操作压力下;5%PET/PEI薄膜的纯水通量、渗透通量、乳化油分离效率以及反洗后通量分别为883.33、586.67 L/m^(2) h、90.66%及365.26 L/m^(2) h,具有较佳的通量及乳化油分离效率。The recycled polyethylene terephthalate(PET)bottles were used as additives,and a mixed membrane of recycled PET/polyetherimide(PEI)was prepared by a wet-phase inversion method.After,the membrane filtration characteristics,permeation flux,removal efficiency of oil/water emulsion were discussed.The results showed that the mixed membrane permeation and removal flux of oil/water emulsion were increased as the PET ratio from 0 to 15%,however removal efficiency of oil/water emulsion was reduced.In operation condition at 0.2 MPa,the 5%PET/PEI membranes were good membrane with water flux,filtration flux,removal efficiency of oil/water emulsion and backwash flux of 883.3、586.67 L/m^(2) h、90.66%and 365.26 L/m^(2) h,respectively.
