摘  要:围绕喷涂法和热蒸发法制备ZnO纳米薄膜设计综合性创新实验。采用有机试剂辅助喷涂法制备ZnO纳米薄膜,显著增加ZnO薄膜表面的纳米微结构和比表面积,从而提高其光催化降解性能;利用热蒸发法衬底可以旋转的特点制备了厚度相对均匀的ZnO纳米薄膜。运用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱、吸收光谱等技术对ZnO纳米薄膜进行综合表征。创新性实验涉及薄膜制备、材料分析表征、材料应用等多个知识点的综合运用。这种综合实验的模式与科技创新、科技课外活动、毕业论文等科研活动是基本一致的,能够有效培养学生的逻辑思维、创新思维与创新意识,锻炼学生的综合实践能力。The article designed a comprehensive experiment around the preparation of ZnO nano-films by spraying method and thermal evaporation method.The organic reagent-assisted spraying method was used to prepare ZnO nano-films,which significantly increases the nanostructure and comparison area on the surface of the ZnO film,thereby improving its photocatalytic degradation performance;the thermal evaporation method was employed to prepare a relatively uniform thickness of ZnO nano-films thanks to that the substrate could be rotated evenly.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,absorption spectroscopy were used to comprehensively characterize ZnO nano-films.Innovative experiments involved the comprehensive application of multiple knowledge points such as thin film preparation,material analysis and characterization,and material application.This comprehensive experiment mode was basically consistent with scientific research activities such as scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological extracurricular activities,graduation thesis,etc.It could effectively cultivate students'logical thinking,innovative thinking and innovative consciousness,and exercise students'comprehensive practical ability.
