摘  要:在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,生物技术专业人才欠缺,创新能力有限的问题日益突出,生物新兴产业的升级转型需要大批具备创新实践能力的应用型生物技术专业人才。通过发挥三明学院生物学省级重点学科和省级应用型学科的专业优势,开展乡村振兴背景下地方高校应用型生物技术工学人才培养的改革与实践,探索“1357”金字塔式地方应用型生物技术工学人才培养新路径,即“一条育人主线,三面效果评价,五类课程体系,七种元素融合”的改革举措,以期响应乡村振兴和生物产业需要,培育新时代具有创新意识的应用型生物技术人才。Carrying out the reform and innovation of talent training path is of strategic significance for improving the quality of higher education and promoting the connotative development of higher education.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the problem of lack of biotechnology professionals and limited innovation ability has become increasingly prominent.The upgrading and transformation of emerging biological industries need so many applied biotechnology professionals with innovative practice ability.By giving full play to the professional advantages of provincial key disciplines and provincial application-oriented disciplines of biology in Sanming University,we carried out the reform and practice of local application-oriented biotechnology engineering talents training under the background of rural revitalization,and explored the new path of"1357"pyramid type local application-oriented biotechnology engineering talents training,namely"one main line of education,three aspects of effect evaluation,five types of curriculum system,in order to respond to the needs of rural revitalization and biological industry,and cultivate innovative applied biotechnology talents in the new era.
