摘 要:以矿物碳酸钙为原料,首先对丙酸钙的制备方法:超声辅助法、水浴法、微波辅助法进行方法筛选,其中超声辅助法效果最佳。然后对超声辅助法制备丙酸钙的工艺进行了单因素试验,得出最佳工艺条件:丙酸用量为理论用量的150%、料液比为1∶21.6、超声时间35 min、超声功率210 W、超声温度30℃,在该工艺条件下丙酸钙产率为94.94%、纯度为99.25%。Taking mineral calcium carbonate as raw material,the preparation methods of calcium propionate,including ultrasonic-assisted method,water bath method and microwave-assisted method,were screened,and the ultrasonic-assisted method was the best.Then,the ultrasonic-assisted preparation of calcium propionate was tested by single factor experiment,and the optimum technological conditions were obtained as follows:the amount of propionic acid was 150%of the theoretical amount,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶21.6,the ultrasonic time was 35 min,the ultrasonic power was 210 W,and the ultrasonic temperature was 30℃.Under these technological conditions,the yield of calcium propionate was 94.94%,and the purity was 99.25%.
