摘  要:废白油等工业油的回收利用具有保护环境和再生经济价值双重意义。本研究采用N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)三段混合沉降法提取废白油,优化提取工艺参数,包括水助溶剂用量、萃取温度、溶剂油比。通过红外光谱和高效液相色谱测定芳香烃、石蜡烃和多环芳香烃的含量。结果表明,工艺参数和油化学成分对再精炼油的电学性能和氧化稳定性有一定影响。根据再精炼油的应用性能,最佳工艺参数为中等萃取温度、低溶剂油比、NMP中质量分数1%的水。研究结果可为废白油再精炼工艺提供理论依据。The recycling of industrial oil such as waste white oil has dual significance of protecting the environment and regenerating economic value.In this paper,the waste white oil was extracted by N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)three-stage mixed sedimentation method,and the extraction process parameters were optimized,including the amount of water cosolvent,extraction temperature and solvent-oil ratio.The contents of aromatic hydrocarbons,paraffin hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were determined by infrared spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that process parameters and oil chemical composition had certain effects on the electrical properties and oxidation stability of refined oil.According to the application performance of refined oil,the optimum process parameters were as follows:medium extraction temperature,low solvent-oil ratio and mass fraction 1%water in NMP.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the refining process of waste white oil.
