摘 要:Ni-Al非晶态合金催化剂碱溶解废液含有偏铝酸钠和过量的氢氧化钠,对其资源化利用是Ni-Al非晶态合金催化剂生产可持续性的重要保障。采用一定浓度的硫酸铝溶液为中和液,测得了反应过程中溶液体系的pH值与铝离子的形态关系,在pH=6.5~7.6的窄区间内,铝离子的形态为拟薄水铝石,此时向溶液中加入水玻璃溶液可制得NaY型分子筛,X-射线衍射(XRD)表征证明产品主要晶相为NaY型分子筛,这为废液资源化利用及催化剂稳定生产提供了技术支撑。Nickel-aluminum catalyst waste liquid contains sodium aluminate and superfluous sodium hydroxide,its resource utilization is an important guarantee for the sustainability of Ni-Al amorphous alloy catalyst production.Herein,aluminium sulfate solution was used as neutralization solution,the relation between the pH of the reaction process and the shape of the aluminum ions was detected,proper pH was at the range of 6.5~7.6,the morphology of aluminum ions was pseudo-boehmite,and NaY molecular sieve could be prepared by adding water glass solution to the solution at this time.X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that the main crystal phase of the product was NaY molecular sieve,providing technical support for the resource utilization of waste liquid and the stable production of catalyst.
