摘 要:以13X分子筛和氢氧化铝干胶为原料制备不同13X分子筛含量6种吸附脱氯剂,以硝酸镁、硝酸铜、硝酸锌、硝酸镍为改性组分对吸附剂改性制备了4种改性吸附剂;采用氮气物理吸附、强度分析仪对吸附剂结构进行分析表征;以加氢石脑油+四氯乙烯为模型化合物,考察了9种吸附剂对石脑油中有机氯化物的脱除效果。结果表明:随反应空速逐渐变大,物料停留时间变短,吸附反应深度降低,脱氯效果变差,反应体积空速为0.3h^(-1)时,脱氯率为83%;随吸附剂中13X分子筛含量的增加,有机氯的脱除率快速上升,分子筛质量分数高于60%后,脱除效果增长缓慢且吸附剂强度下降较快;通过金属氧化物改性,可进一步提升吸附脱除率,降低产品中有机氯化物含量,硝酸锌的提升幅度最大,有机氯脱除率达97%。Six adsorbent dechlorinating agents with different 13X molecular sieve contents were prepared with 13X molecular sieve and aluminum hydroxide dry gel as raw materials,and four modified adsorbents were prepared with magnesium nitrate,copper nitrate,zinc nitrate and nickel nitrate as modified components.The structure of adsorbent was analyzed and characterized by nitrogen physical adsorption and strength analyzer.Using hydrogenated naphtha+tetrachloroethylene as model compound,the removal efficiency of organic chlorides from naphtha by 9 kinds of adsorbents was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of reaction space velocity,the residence time of materials became shorter,the depth of adsorption reaction decreased,and the dechlorination effect became worse.When the reaction volume space velocity was 0.3 h^(-1),the dechlorination rate was 83%.With the increase of 13X molecular sieve content in the adsorbent,the removal rate of organic chlorine increased rapidly.When the molecular sieve mass fraction was higher than 60%,the removal effect increased slowly and the adsorbent strength decreased rapidly.The metal oxide modification could further improve the adsorption removal rate and reduced the content of organic chloride in the product.The zinc nitrate had the largest increase,and the organic chlorine removal rate reached 97%.
