摘  要:在常减压蒸馏装置中,转油线直径大、温度高、柔性要求苛刻,且介质为气液两相,运行条件复杂,因此,在常减压蒸馏装置的管道安装中,转油线是极其重要的管系,其安装质量直接影响整个装置的安全、平稳运行和最终的产品质量。为了保证转油线的安装质量,压力试验是必不可少的重要检验环节,但由于减压转油线结构的特殊性,其压力试验难度较大。通过分析某项目1600万t·a^(-1)常减压蒸馏装置减压转油线的结构,提出了一种切实可行的试压方案,并在该装置得到了成功应用,取得了良好的工程效益和经济效益,可供广大工程建设人员参考。In the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the oil transfer line has a large diameter,high temperature,and strict flexibility requirements,and the medium is gas-liquid two-phase,and the operating conditions are complicated.Therefore,in the pipeline installation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the installation quality of the oil transfer line directly affects the safe,smooth operation and final product quality of the entire plant.In order to ensure the installation quality of the oil transfer line,the pressure test is an essential and important inspection link,but due to the particularity of the structure of the vacuum transfer line,the pressure test is difficult.In this paper,a feasible pressure test scheme was proposed by analyzing the structure of the vacuum transfer line of a 16 Mt·a^(-1) atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a project,and has been successfully applied in this unit,achieving good engineering benefits and economic benefits.
