摘  要:工业上采用萃取精馏法以乙腈(ACN)为萃取剂进行丁二烯产品抽提过程中,发现丁二烯精制单元脱重塔塔釜再沸器频繁堵塞,导致加热效果降低或加不上热而无法提纯产品致使装置停车检修,增加了装置开停工次数、能耗物耗、安全风险等,严重影响了装置长周期安全生产运行,也不符合生产上节能降耗、创优增效的理念。主要针对脱重塔塔釜再沸器堵塞的现象进行具体原因分析,并对此制订了具体防控措施,通过3个月的时间检验,堵塞现象得到明显的改善,延长了脱重塔的生产周期。In the process of extracting butadiene products with acetonitrile(ACN)as extractant by extractive distillation in industry,it was found that the reboiler at the bottom of the heavy-duty tower of butadiene refining unit was frequently blocked,which led to the reduction of heating effect or the inability to purify products due to lack of heat,which led to the shutdown of the device,increased the number of startup and shutdown of the device,energy consumption and material consumption,safety risks,etc.,which seriously affected the long-term safe production and operation of the device,and did not conform to the concept of energy saving,quality improvement and efficiency improvement in production.In this paper,the specific reasons for the blockage of reboiler in the bottom of the heavy-duty tower were analyzed,and specific prevention and control measures were formulated.After three-month inspection,the blockage phenomenon has been obviously improved,and the production cycle of the heavy hydrocarbon removal tower has been prolonged.
