摘  要:介绍了圆盘给料机的结构及工作原理,分析了设备使用过程中故障率高的原因,并提出了改进措施。分析认为,设备运行环境差导致设备主轴滚动轴承及蜗轮、蜗杆减速机输出轴滚动轴承卡死或损坏是主要故障原因,通过将设备搅拌主轴滚动轴承改为滑动轴承,将蜗轮蜗杆减速机输出轴的动密封点改为静密封点并将密封点上移的方法,彻底解决了设备故障率高的问题,降低了设备故障率,延长了设备运行周期,减少了装置非计划停工,为装置的安稳优运行提供了保障。The structure and working principle of disc feeder were introduced,the reasons of high failure rate in the process of using the equipment were analyzed,and improving measures were put forward.The analysis showed that the main fault was caused by the bad running environment of the equipment,which caused the main shaft rolling bearing of the equipment and the output shaft rolling bearing of the worm gear and worm gear reducer to become stuck or damaged,the method of changing the dynamic sealing point of the worm gear reducer output shaft to the static sealing point and moving the sealing point up completely was used to solve the problem of high failure rate of the equipment,reducing the failure rate of the equipment,and prolonging the operation cycle of the equipment,the unscheduled shutdown of the device was reduced,and the stable and optimal operation of the device was guaranteed.
