摘 要:离子液体(ionic liquid)是在室温及相邻温度下完全由离子组成的有机液体溶剂,也被称为非水离子液体、液态有机盐等。由于离子液体具有良好的化学稳定性、热稳定性、不挥发、极性大、结构可控等特点,在油气钻井领域中作为页岩水化抑制剂具有较好的应用前景。文章阐述了离子液体的发展史、离子液体的组成以及分类,并对近年来离子液体在页岩水化抑制剂领域的研究进展进行了综述,分析了离子液体用作页岩水化抑制剂时的效果,并对未来离子液体在油气钻井过程中用作页岩抑制剂的应用进行了展望。Ionic liquid is an organic liquid solvent completely composed of ions at room temperature and adjacent temperatures,also known as non-aqueous ionic liquid,liquid organic salt,etc.Ionic liquid has good chemical stability,thermal stability,non-volatilization,large polarity and controllable structure,so it has a good application prospect as shale hydration inhibitor in oil and gas drilling field.In this paper,the history,composition and classification of ionic liquids were described,and the research progress of ionic liquids in the field of shale hydration inhibitors in recent years was reviewed.The effect of ionic liquids used as shale hydration inhibitors was analyzed,and the future application of ionic liquids as shale inhibitors in the process of oil and gas drilling was prospected.
